Hosting Services

We are a full service web hosting company offering monthly, quarterly or annual hosting plans on either Linux or Windows Servers. Additionally we offer Domain Name registration, renewal and other domain related services. Hosting accounts begin at $10.00/month for Linux and $15.00/month for Windows.  We will beat any competition and we offer professional designs with you in mind, not some user created template products like you see on TV.  The $10.00/month plan includes 1500 MB Disk Space, 22.5 GB Data Transfer, 50 POP3 Email Accounts, FrontPage Extensions, and Password protected pages.

Email only, E-Commerce and other popular plans are available upon request. We also offer all Domain Name services from initial acquisition to renewals.

Web Site Design

We uniquely tailor sites to your individual needs or the needs of you business. Fees are based upon the amount of content, format and graphics/photos contained within your design plan. For example, a simple 1 to 5 page site would cost $300.00.  Rates are based on a variety of factors. One type of site may be more complex than another.

All quotes are based on per page and content including amount of text, graphics and photos. Initial web site design fee includes custom layout and structure of a site. Fees include full support during and after deployment.

Payment Schedule

First consultation is FREE!  After learning about your business/personal web site requirements; Cube Web Designs will put together a detailed proposal. Once the proposal is accepted, a deposit of one-half total design fee plus the annual Hosting fee is required.

A homepage draft will be constructed for your review. Note: we may design more than one draft if your requirements dictate. Upon approval of the homepage draft, Cube Web Designs will complete the development of your site.   The site will then be placed on our testing server for your review.  After you are completely satisfied with the design and content, your site will be launched.  The balance of web site design fees will be due at this time.  Payment terms are available upon request.  Mention this during your consultation.

Maintenance

Cube Web Designs offers web site maintenance and updating to their clients and others. Hourly rates are site dependent. Selecting Cube Web Designs to maintain your web site provides you with the time needed to run your business instead of spending numerous hours learning how to maintain your site.

Finders Fee

Cube Web Designs will offer a $50.00 Finder’s Fee to any Client who sends us a new contact. The fee will be paid upon signing a contract with the new Client.  And please remember, we are NEVER too busy for your referrals.
